Terms of Service

CoWeb Studios is a web design and development studio co-owned by Caiden Hixson and Hunter Campbell. The site is informational — it describes our services and lets you contact us. Any paid engagement is governed by a separate Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work signed between CoWeb Studios and the client, not by these Terms.

You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site
• Scrape, copy, or republish content from the site without permission
• Use the site to send unsolicited communications
• Introduce viruses, malware, or any other harmful code

All content on the site — including text, images, logos, code, and design — is owned by CoWeb Studios or its licensors and is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark laws. You may view the site and share links to it, but you may not copy, reproduce, or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

The site may include links to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties. Use them at your own risk.

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the site's accuracy, reliability, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoWeb Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the site. Our total liability for any direct damages will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CoWeb Studios, its owners, and its related parties from claims arising out of your use of the site or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Washington.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates take effect when posted. Your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
